What does this mean for YOU?

Both Ada and Canyon counties continue to remain a strong sellers market with low supply and high demand from buyers. Record low interest rates continue to motivate buyers and current homeowners to consider home buying & refinance options. The market challenge continues to be a lack of inventory available for buyers.  Typically, we see an increase of inventory from early spring into early summer.  This year, due to the stay in place orders and slow economic reopening, we have seen 14% less active listings available in Ada and 18% less active listings available in Canyon over May 2019.  In spite of these obstacles, Minegar Gamble helped over 23 families find or sell their property in May!  We have been focusing on our negotiating skills and helped 14 of those families win in multiple offer situations.
